This website is owned and operated by Ripple Gifts. By accessing, browsing, shopping or using any of the services on this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Dispatch & Delivery:
We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of the order being confirmed and receipt of payment. If the item is out-of stock we will contact you to discuss an anticipated dispatch or an alternative item.
Ripple Gifts will not be liable for loss or damage of goods once dispatched. Claims for damages or loss in transit must be made against the carrier. We do not pay compensation for late delivery.
Free delivery for orders over $100. Australia Post delivery to all Australian addresses. Shipping costs for orders under $100 are a flat rate of $8 regardless of the value or the size of the purchase.
Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery of orders within Australia and up to 14 working days over Christmas / public holiday periods. If your order is urgent, please let us know and we will see what we can do.

- All products advertised on this website are subject to availability.
- Any order placed by you on this website is an agreement by you to purchase a particular product for the price stated on this website at the time you place your order.
Prices and Payment:
- Although we do our best to ensure prices stated on this website are accurate, errors do occur from time to time. Where a pricing error occurs we will not be bound by the incorrect pricing stated, and reserve the right to cancel your purchase.
- Should the product(s) may not be readily available at the time of placing your order we will be in contact with you to discuss replacement of a similar item(s) to the value of your order, or a full refund.
All information is held securely and not provided to a third party. Ripple Gifts does not hold your credit card details on file and therefore they must be re-entered at the time of each purchase through the website and/or over the phone.
Returns and Exchanges
Unfortunately we are unable to offer refund or exchange because of a change of mind however if you believe items have arrived faulty please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
We are happy to offer you a credit note but you will be responsible for returning and forwarding shipping charges. Courier return goods by Courier/Post and remember to include your details. No refund on freight charges.
